My rental experience was a nightmare at the 220 Broadway location in Huntington Station. My rental car wreaked of smoke, and all of my clothes and everything smelled like smoke by the time I arrived to my destination. Extremely disappointed 😞

We received truly top notch service both at the Edinburgh Willowbrae and Inverness airport locations. Team members were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The staff at the McCandless Twp, PA store were very professional and helpful. Having my insurance company able to directly contact the store and begin the process for a rental was very helpful. Not having to return the rental to the store, but have them pick up the car at the auto repair shop was another convenience. Dealing with the car accident issues, it was great to work with a company that made things much smoother with their help.
They provided excellent customer service before, during and after my rental time.
So few rental car agencies put the customer first! They made the entire experience painless and quick and I have never felt so valued as I have been at this location.
