I reserved a minivan 12 days before my trip, but just four days prior to departure, I received a call informing me that the vehicle was no longer available. I searched for alternatives, but the prices had nearly doubled. I then contacted the corporate customer service line, and they found a minivan available at a location an hour and 30 minutes away. I called that branch to confirm, but they said they did not have the vehicle. I explored other options with no success. Then, just a day before my trip, I received a check-in link from the original branch, which made me assume they had a vehicle available. I completed the check-in and called in the morning to confirm, only to be told once again that the minivan was not available. At that point, a representative offered to switch my reservation to a 7-passenger SUV, and I agreed. However, while on my way to pick it up, I called to confirm and was told the SUV needed an oil change and they didn't know how long it would take. I had reserved the vehicle for 9:00 AM to stay on schedule with my trip, and this entire experience completely disrupted my plans. The handling of my reservation was extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and lacked basic customer service. I am very upset with how this situation was managed.

Enterprise is the best rental company to rent from. I have always been a valued customer for years and I will keep continuing to be a valued customer. Sometimes you might run into problems but if you let them know they will help you with that problem the best way they know how and make sure your satisfied and it is solved.

Super friendly helpful staff at the Covina office. I had to drop my car off for repairs. They picked me up, and when it was repaired they gave me a ride back to pick it up. The rental car, a Genesis, was lovely and they gave us a free up grade. I will definitely go back whenever I need to rent a car.

Given three vehicles that had engine lights on. Two I caught. One I did not see till the next morning. Went to trade the car for a different car and the location did not have the level of car I paid for. They could change but refused to correct the price to the price of the car I would be taken. The car I finally took was dirty and a very bad smell inside the car. It did smell like someone smoked pot in the car.

Very east to rent from Enterprise, the truck was Expy clean and had a full gas tank. The staff was courageous and answered all questions.
