The experience was flawless. Also, we're very happy to have found an outlet for our British teas and such.
Item arrived having been shipped in a box within a larger box, labeled fragile. Smaller box contained teapot but there was room for it to move and shift within the box and it arrived with the handle broken off. There was air film packed into the package, but only between the two boxes, nothing inside the smaller box containing the teapot to keep it from breaking in transit. Called customer service and they were able to set up a reorder the same day. Just disappointed the original order wasn't packaged more securely. Seems wasteful. Teapot itself is lovely and seems good quality, though. I appreciate that they were readily helpful and able to arrange a replacement order so quickly.
