When I opened the box containing my teapot the knob from the lid was broken off and found in the teapot.
I surmise that the knob was broken during packaging.
There is suposed to be a replacement coming but have not received it yet.

I ordered 17 teapots for family Christmas gifts. On arrival seven had no lids. While a replacement order was quickly shipped one still came with no lid. The most problematic issue was that I noticed only initial checkout my social security was showing up on my account. Not sure why so I'm left a chat line message for explanation and an email before the shipment was processed. To my shock it was clearly displayed in the shipping label. I immediately called and thought customer service had effectively removed it from the "company" name in my profile however it still appeared on each box I subsequently received. It is still showing on this survey request! This is shocking and totally unacceptable- at this point I will no longer order anything else from English tea store.
