I ordered three jars and one of them was already opened. They refunded me that 6.00$, but they would not send me another jar. The problem is shipping is pretty costly and I needed that extra jar. It would've been nice if they just shipped another jar to me without the shipping cost. But they would not do that even when I requested it.
We have been customers here for several years, and although we try other brands periodically, we always return to our favorites - organic Assam, and organic Irish Breakfast. Although they have different flavours and attributes, each offers a flavorful, stout but not bitter, cup of tea.
Box was open when it arrived via Fedex. Ordered 30 boxes of jellies, and 3 were missing. Due to Fedex box damage. Customer service had me send photo, and immediately sent me 3 more boxes out at no charge.
We ordered tea for another tea party, our winter holiday party. We did a poll with the selection of seasonal teas English Tea Store provides and we're excited to try them when they day comes.
This is my second time ordering from English Tea Store for the tea parties that we host at a bed and breakfast. I ordered the teas to be served during the event and prizes for the best dressed winners. I was blown away by everything and I am jealous that I can't participate in the best dressed contest. I will definitely be ordering again!
Overall my experience is usually pleasant.

This mincemeat was easy to locate online. The computer program made ordering simple. The mincemeat arrived in a timely manner. I had no problems with the entire experience.
