Well put together shopping site. Things are easy to find and you're not bombarded with pop-ups after you visit.
Easy to navigate. Search doesn't always find what I'm after. For example, if I search for "Nilgiri" I get 0 results even though the store stocks Nilgiri teas.
Delivery is always quick. If they don't stock what I want - I have to go to overseas suppliers directly - which basically says they have a lot of products the other guys don't stock.
I ordered 3 different tea cups & Scottish tea & some butterscotch for xmas prezzies... they loved them!

Tea in England is a most gracious and usually convivial afternoon or early evening hour. A time to relax. The English Tea Store evokes that experience for me. They have a wonderful assortment of teas and deliver promptly. But then they go beyond the expected to make sure delivery and experience has gone well. Imagine your hostess in a Regency home asking you how your day has gone.
I did not find everything I wanted, but that may be because it is this big and lovely sale.
I couldn't order multiple boxes of my favorite tea by just selecting a number, but by going back to the correct page and clicking it for each box. This isn't an encouragement for the customer to order as much. The whole site isn't as easily navigated as before, specific items more time consuming to find.
