I had ordered 6 jams of Marmalade unfortunately 3 of the 6 arrived broken. Apparently UPS had dropped the box. I contacted the English Tea Store and the 3 replacement jars arrived within a week.

Wish there were some Christmas Teas available. Overall, this was an excellent online purchase experience with a coupon as well for my entire purchase. I have never tried the Assam Taylors of Harrogate Tea so I could not rate it. I think I will like it based on the online reviews I have read.
