There are a lot of teas available on the website. One of my favorites is no longer available (sad sigh). And I picked something that I don't really like. However, I will continue to be a regular customer as I am a morning tea drinker and do appreciate options.

Great experience overall. Initially inquired about this product, but was out of stock. Website stated anticipated restock date. Went back to the website around date indicated and placed order. Great online service experience!

It had a great taste and was very fresh. It was a bit too small, like a sample. I will probably order a bigger one next time.

I ouldn't find Barry's Tea anywhere and I found it 20 miles from my house, but they don't have a store front so I had to order online... nice to know I have a place so close :).

But found out my order had been cancelled. I received an email telling me to call them, but didn't see the email, so the order was cancelled. When I tried asking why my items were put on hold, they repeated the same message that I was supposed to call them and it had been cancelled. I still don't know why my order after being processed was not good to ship out. Some more clarity on their part would have been appreciated. Doesn't seem like good customer service to me.

I selected English Tea Store as my new tea supplier after my other supplier had issues. The site was easy to navigate and I appreciated the descriptions and reviews of the various teas. My selections arrived quickly, were well packaged, and undamaged.

Shipping was slower than expected. Most items were good. I Was charged for an item that I cancelled because of back order.

The British section of my local grocery store has about 3 items. You guys always have what I need.

I was seeking a U.S. source for jelly babies and came across the English Tea Store. I ordered two brands of the candy as well as some other chocolate candy bars, shortbread cookies, and tea. I felt prices were reasonable. Good communication and items arrived as advertised and I am pleased with my purchases.

I had received some tea as a gift one day, fell in love with it and wanted to buy more. Google lead me to this amazing website, and I am READY to fall down the rabbit hole of tea! There are SO many teas here, it's amazing.
