I ordered and received a 16-oz. Package of "Soom Estate" black looseleaf tea with which I was very disappointed. I was expecting a good "black" tea for the price! It was full of twigs and the tea leaves were grayish, not black. The taste was puny and dusty. I had to use double the amount I normally use to make a mug of tea, the flavor of which was so blah that I poured it out. I sent a request to Customer Service to return this product. I was OK with the other, although it (Earl Grey) was ground nearly to a powder. It takes a paper filter to strain it, but then makes a decent tea and the flavor is lovely, so I will keep this one. I've not yet tried the sample tea sent with this order, but it looks and smells quite nice.
Every product I've gotten here so far has been very enjoyable :)
Thank you for carrying the 1 oz containers of clotted cream. It is the right amount for me when I have an occasional scone. I used to get the large jars at the grocery store but it would always spoil before I could finish it. The 1 oz is perfect and no more $poilage.
