I was very excited to get my first 8 sample box of teas. However, 1 expired 1/23/25 and another had such a short date I could never have used it before it's expiration. They did say they would give me a full refund so we'll see if they follow through on that.

It was my first experience with this business. They were helpful, and understand what I want.
The initial shipping was with UPS -- I received a tracking number and was able to see the initial shipment. The shipping method was a hybrid: started with UPS and continued with USPS. However, the USPS shipping number was not immediately apparent. So, the UPS tracking was showing the deliver day as the same day that I was checking tracking. After five or so days, I was able to find the USPS package number and track the shipment on the USPS website. I would prefer full shipping info from the start.
I was pleased with most of the items, but was truly shocked at how bad the quality of the "organic Darjeeling" tea tasted. Of course I could not return it, as it is a "food".
