I have been shopping from this much valued business for a long time, I believe about 15 years, because it carries products ( Assam tea, grapefruit marmalade... etc.) difficult or impossible to find elsewhere. So what's the problem now? THE PACKING! While my three glass jars were well protected, THREE BOXES OF TEA WERE SIMPLY ARRAYED ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX, ALONG WITH A TIN OF TEA: there was absolutely no simple plastic liking on the bottom or sides of the box... and it does rain on Long Island, as it does in PA! The side of the box was punctured ( not ETS's fault), fortunately by the tin of Imperial Gunpowder tea; I removed the tea packet and threw away the tin. The simple addition of a light plastic lining on the bottom and sides is not much to ask for; after all, this is food for my table, not garden tools or hiking boots!
Little protection on bottom of box: most packing on top! If the box had been placed on damp surface by delivery man, it would have bee a big problem!
