Easy to navigate and search tool is essential
I have been ordering for years. While Earl Gray Cream is my favorite, I have enjoyed trying other teas as well. I love English Tea company offers smaller samples to try first as well as lb bags for my favorites. Ordering is easy and the shipping has been on time. I love free shipping is offered on larger orders.
Not sure why I'm having to write this review but the teapot is nice
I have been buying from English Tea Stores for years. I havepurchased Teapots, Tea sets, cookies, Mulit tea packs and have enjoyed them all.

Cookie s arrived stuck together. I asked for either a refund or a return label. They sent me a long message with boilerplate language. It was apparently my fault. I didn't ask for cold pack s or fast shipping in March! Mind you.
Customer Service people were knowledgeable and courteous and timed my delivery perfectly... what more could I ask for?
I received the chips quickly and well packed. I received some Guinness chips as a gift and wanted to pay it forward!
Loved everything the teas and the snacks! I wanted a healthier version (loose leaf) of a tea I only was able to buy in bags locally. Then found some yummy tea snacks as well.

Your website is very frustrating. It doesn't retain items in the order. If I have to answer a phone call or stop for a few minutes while ordering it wipes out the entire order and I have to start ordering all over again, On average I need to replace my order in progress 3-4 times every time I place an order,

My items keep disappearing from the cart while I'm shopping. I had to reorder 4 times before I completed the order.
I have never ordered from English Tea Store before. I was pleased with how quickly filled and shipped the order. As silly as this may sound, I was VERY glad they used a box. I've occasionally ordered tea and other crushable items from a major online presence and they ship them in a plastic envelope.
I didn't notice any larger mugs (~14oz)
If you want British teas, biscuits, sweets its the place to shop.
I can't get Barry's tea at my grocery store, so I'm glad I found it here. Same goes for some of the shortbread options. US shortbread brands don't have the rich, buttery flavor you get in the UK, so it's nice being able to order them from here to enjoy at home. The tea box I ordered is really handy and of good quality and value. It fits A LOT of tea. I'll definitely come back when I need to restock on some tea related items.
