I was really looking forward to my order, but it arrived damaged right out of the box. One of the ceramic items had a chip and hairline crack that clearly happened during shipping due to inadequate packaging. I reached out to customer service multiple times with photos, but received no response. Not even an acknowledgment. After getting no help, I went ahead and returned the item myself, hoping for a refund. Still waiting—no updates, no confirmation, nothing. It's incredibly frustrating when a company shows zero urgency or accountability for something that's clearly on their end. On top of that, another item I ordered had a strange chemical smell that didn't go away even after washing. I ended up tossing it. The lack of care in both product and service has been disappointing, and I won't be ordering from them again.
I have found this tea strainer a necessity in using loose tea leaves to brew a proper cuppa!
I order online and I find it very easy to pick up tea from the store just by clicking on the tea tab it comes up with a list of types of tea just click on the one you wand to look at in my case black tea and a list comes up of all the black teas that are available. I just look them over and pick the one I want to get. Then I just go to cart and pay for my order and I am done.
I thing ordering is not the hardest thing to do, I think deciding on what tea's to get and how muck is harder
