My order came in 2 shipments. Exactly what I ordered. Always order the candy as my mom was from England and my grandparents used to send us this candy. Love the maltesers!

Have had problems in the past getting orders in time for Christmas. Since I do all my shopping online before Thanksgiving, this has been an issue; I would call CS repeatedly and was told items were shipping that day which obviously wasn't happening, ergo repeated calls. Glad items arrived without any hassles.

Good selection of products and quick delivery. Haven't tried what I ordered yet, but ingredients are what I wanted and directions for preparation are clear and simple.
Loved the product selections and bulk options. However part of my product order was on back order and there are several out of stock products on the website. I called customer service and was told that the back ordered items would arrive in a few days. A week later I called back and it was still on back order. I asked the customer service rep to cancel that part of the order and ship the rest. He assured me it had been done and quite frankly seemed eager to get me to hang up. Fast forward several days later I call back and the new customer service person said nothing had been done, despite the second reps reassurance. This third rep was helpful and managed to fix my order but I ended up having to pay shipping charges three times due to the fault of the company. I asked if they could waive shipping and they said no. I understand that stuff happens and things get out of the company's control but how you handle it speaks volumes. Please have a sense of urgency and importance when dealing with situations like this as some customers are time-constrained. Other than that my interaction with the company was fine. Good products and variety.
Bought a tea set and a nameplate. Both were high quality and will be an excellent gift. The item was packaged very safely for cross country delivered. A++++ transaction.
I got my Walkers Nonsuch toffees and Quality Street candy... Yum! The only thing was it would have been nice to get a tracking number but it's fine because I received an email asking me if I received my package and that's when I knew it was supposed to come and I received it at the end of the day. I love drinking tea and this site has always offered me the brands that I truly like. They have all kind of tea flavors: vanilla, rooibos, black, and so much more. Plus: there's available a British food section too!
Customer Service was absolutely the worst. The company charged me 23.69 for 2 day delivery when I qualified for free shipping. They would not change the mistake which I tried to promptly correct afterward after I received my confirmation email and then they delivered my order 6 days after the fact! Spent over 30 minutes waiting for a response from a real person every time I called.
Ordered crisps on 5/19. The crisps have an expired date; the best by date was 2/6/18. Contacted English Tea Store 3 times regarding this and requested info on how to return for refund. No response. Tried submitting a return request form on their website and received the following error message: "The order number you entered is not valid. Please check the number and try again." Contacted seller regarding the error message; again no reply. It appears they were aware of the expiration date of the crisps but chose to ship them anyway and then deleted the order info from their website to avoid a refund. Definitely will not shop this website again!
I used to buy this tea at my local grocery, but have had trouble finding it lately. So glad that the English Tea Company ships, and does it very quickly! And I bought a sample pack to get the free shipping- I think it'll make great stocking stuffers as each type of tea is in its own package!
We are regular customers and have our "regular" tea that is always purchased; however, really like that we can get samples of tea that we've never tried.
