Our son-in-law is British; he was very pleased with this mother-in-laws desire to provide a little bit of home for the holidays. Everything I ordered arrived safe and sound! Will definitely place additional orders when he visits.

Ordered the Christmas crackers "Santas and Penguins". They arrived promptly & they're SO CUTE! Can't wait for Christmas dinner--we'll start off with a BANG!

Although getting our order was fraught with back orders, which I must say is not handled in the best way. Customers are not informed and therefore wait a long time, and have to contact you to even find out. Finally your representative David, was excellent and both orders were received.

I just love their teabags that I can put my loose leaf tea in. I also love their tea. It makes that L word tea taste like cardboard by comparison.

Received today was later than expect but good English Sweets and Cadbury is the best chocolate like being back home

I love a strong black tea and drink tea exclusively. Good tea is often hard to find and ETS provides good tea at a reasonable price. I have had no trouble with delivery or service.

I've been looking for websites that sold British and other European treats. This website had a lot of different options of things to choose from. I ordered a couple of things and I enjoyed every single one of them. The reason that I gave this order a 4 out of 5 is because it took a little long to get to my house. It took 11 days from the purchase date to receive my order. Other than that this website is excellent.

It's a beautiful set. Came on time. Would be great if my first choice would have come back
In stock. Also would be nice if you could offer to package the sets nicer. Like in a keepsbox or chest. My niece will see it on Christmas so I'll know more then of the quality.

I'm a little disappointed I had ordered Irish Breakfast loose tea and got English Breakfast loose tea but thats okay cause I have to order tea after the first of the year hope its right this time

The two teas I ordered have the best flavor of any tea! First time to try the Paris tea (black tea with bergamot) and Hot Cinnamon Spice

The order arrived complete, although the carton was starting to open as it was secured well with tape, the box also needs to be a heavier weight and the product packed more securely so there is no shift as several of the packages were slightly damaged

The English Dairy Milk bars arrived in perfect condition. I have never had anything but great product and service from this company.
