Easy to use, except I could only enter one coupon code and it wouldn't let me use my 5% off for giving reviews on the products I purchased in the past.
I am being charged for shipping when your website states that if an order is $50 or over, shipping is free. If the English Tea Store has a narrow definition of what is acceptable in their $50 free shipping policy, then they should be up front about it. Customers should not be made to look at some fine print in order to determine what items qualify.

The tea pots are absolutely beautiful! I have shamrock tea cups and coffee cups, but I didn't have a tea pot. This one fits in beautifully. I also love the butterfly tea pot!

Everything went fine. I've known and drunk this tea for years and years, having lived in England and traveling to there many times. PG Tips is my "everyday" tea and I like it. I use one regular and one decaf per tea pot, to limit the amount of caffeine.
