I have had some delivery issues which were the fault of the shipping company and not ETS. On each occasion ETS Customer Service has been highly responsive and resolved my issue with no fuss.
A friend shared these cookies with us a few years ago and my granddaughter now 14 remembers and keeps asking if we will ever get more... her birthday is next month and I found them for her! Thank you!
I ordered a tea chest, light wood with red interior (which was in stock at the time). A few days after ordering, I get an email saying it's out of stock. How does a company in this era not know what's in stock?
After multiple delays I finally received the wrong item. I decided I don't want to wait for a replacement (because God knows when that would arrive) and I start the return process to find I'm going to be charged an $8.49 fee to return it. Lastly, after setting up the return, there's no way to print a shipping label and no further instruction.
Doubt I'll be buying from them again.

I ordered 5 bottles of Robinson's squash that arrived 2.5 years past their expiry date. These items were refunded. Biscuits and cakes that were also ordered were crushed and inedible and the teabag boxes were crushed and no longer sealed, so won't be as fresh when we get around to using them. No offer of a refund or discount for broken items. I've used a few other British food shops online and all items have been packaged well. I was tempted by this place because their PG Tips were cheaper, but I won't be ordering again.

While these are totally delicious and I'd lick the wrapper for crumbs, they had been in a truck too long and came completely melted together.
