All the teas are premium quality. We love all the Tiptree products! And the 1 0z clotted creams are perfect for an afternoon cream tea.

I orded 4 pots of Devonshire double cream for a special event. When they arrived, they had been sitting in the back of the postal truck and were not usable. I called customer service to complain, and they sent me another 4 pots in an insulated bag and an ice pack about 3 inches square. I paid for the bag and priorty shipping, which was all that was offered to me. When it arrived 3 days later, it was again spoiled and was not usable. I wrote to customer service and they asked me what I thought of Sam. Who is Sam? Nobody has responded to my email message other than to tell me the replacement order had been delivered. As far as I'm concerned I'll never buy from this place again. I'm out $40+ and nobody has bothered to contact me. If you're sending out perishable goods at least have the gumption to pack them with dry ice. Using one small gel icepack is insufficient to keep perishables fresh. A bad experience all round. Live and learn, I suppose.

Disappointed in the clotted cream only. Arrived curdled & gross, Not worth the trouble to contact the company / sender.

Super easy to order. Had things you can't fund in stores, such as the cadbury creme egg bar.
