A very good experience overall
The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and took time out to explain everything to me. Send me a second copy of the order or rather the receipt so I could have it on hand very grateful.
I have ordered products with a touch of England from other sites that sell English items and it took forever and was quite costly. The English Tea House was reasonable and fast.
The service was great as usual and Frank Coopers is the best.
My Cadbury chocolates were all melted. The larger chocolate eggs were sunken in and melted, so that the foil wrapper was inside the chocolate. The cadbury bars were deformed and melted as well.
