I am so glad I can order the tea I love. As An Anglo-American whose Mother was a British War Bride To a "Yank", tea has alwas been my favorite beverage hot or cold. Ordered Bonne Maman, two jars, and both have an expiration date of 10/3/22. You should not be selling products past their expiration date. Very dissatisfied.
The only complaints were really because of me. Was not quite sure of the size liner to use. And the weather was a little warmer than I thought it would be but only the clotted cream was affected….the chocolates were perfect.
Box was falling apart, had to use wood glue on all corners and hinges. Yea bags were not placed in upright position

I ordered 3 boxes of a twining tea, I received a tracking number, however, I could not track the package, I received no email communication about my shipment which they said I will be receiving info via email. It took over 3 weeks for my package to arrive and upon further investigation on my part, I found out it sat in my hometown post office for over a week! I will not be ordering again

Probably best to start shopping for shortbread well before the holiday season. I scheduled a blind shortbread tasting for the second week in November in Arizona, then went shopping for entries. Many were hard to get by then. Got three here.
