Once I ordered these tea bags, I received a confirmation of the order as well as updates regarding the shipping details. The tea was packed with care, and delivered to my home without incident.
My first order went not so well as the delivery date went well over the time expected. But this order came on time, well packaged, and is delicious.
It's a very pretty tea pot, but I was a little disappointed that it wasn't made in England. It wasn't cheap so I thought I was getting a authentic tea pot. Made in China!
All tea loose I have tried is most fragrant and an excellent flavor as well dorian earl grey has a bit of cream taste delicious am partial to elderberry tea it helps with congestion issues I have am copd girl and on oxygen 24/7 God bless.

Sometimes the website is hard to navigate. Aside from that I've had a pretty good experience with English Tea Store They replaced a package of food I received that was past the Best By date after I sent them photos of the date.
Good experience, they have everything you would need to have a traditional cream or afternoon tea. Many of these items can't be found at just any store.
The peach and mango jams made a perfect addition to my sister "GA peach welcome bags" I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the scone mix as well. Would love if I was able to purchase clotted cream from this site as well.
Excellent selections with free shipping, has most of my favorite British foods, candies etc. Priced right and free shipping seals the deal.
