Overall, good experience. I heard this brand of tea is mild for a black tea. I was looking for English gifts. Ordering was easy and shipping was relatively quick, considering it was going from the UK to the US.
WE have ordered the mincemeat for years and have been very pleased. Folláin marmalade is to be preferred, since it does not have the cornsyrup, etc. sweetners. The flavor of the excellent oranges comes through.

I did not receive my teapot when FEDEX said they delivered it. I called and after many, many telephone conversations with your people, they were helpful in getting me my purchase. I received it on Saturday, March 22 and nothing was broken.
