The shipment arrived badly packed, everyone of the boxes of tea were damaged and the tea bags loose in the shipping box. More care needs to be taken when shipping heavy and lightweight items.

I love the tea BUT this peach tea says it is loose leaf but it actually ground (like coffee) tea.
For sun tea I like to use loose leaf. I know your package claims it is loose leaf. It is NOT loose leaf. Thsai peach loose leaf id ground up!
