Every year for Christmas I order my parents favorite cookies from this store. This year I ordered and paid $25 in shipping to get it in 2 days, which would have been Dec 23rd. I reached out the week after Christmas to customer service saying my package wasn't delivered and wanted a refund for at least my shipping cost and to send me what I had ordered. They proceeded to tell me to submit a claim with UPS and brushed me off. I attempted to submit a claim with UPS and was told I couldn't since they ended up using USPS to get the delivery done. Again I reached out to customer service and they dismissed me and told me to wait until the new year. Well, January 3rd I finally received my package and customer service still won't refund my $25 shipping.
The brandy butter was delicious even though the jar was rather tiny - I didn't realize it was going to be so little.
Had a great experience. Things were shipped in a timely manner and the candy was delicious!
