I love English tea loose leaf teas, but when ordering it, there's always this sense of verboten in that after placing an order you have to wait at least one week before they pack it up and send it to you, then wait at least 3-5 days when the carrier picks it up, then wait 2-3 days before you receive your package? The process is tedious and frustrating, at this point I'm not sure if I want to purchase anything anymore! Sad but true, I will probably look for another source with a better process and products, less stressful and frustrating. Thankfully there are other places to purchase without the Hassel of the wait!
A friend gifted me the Taylors Assam tea a while back and I was disappointed when I ran out.
So excited when I found to order the tea online.
Their website remembers the tea that I buy in bulk and offers me that when I show up to the site. Righteous. Never had a problem with deliveries, even though I frequently choose 14th class mail.
I have sent 2 emails explaining the problem with the Assam Organic Tea and have no response. Very disappointing.

My golly gee this tea was so exquisite, i had never tasted anything quite like this. I swear on my great grandmother that if the queen of England (god bless her soul) was still alive she would weep tears of joy. The tastes were immaculate and the teabags were so lovely to suck on afterwards. This business produces many nice things and i greatly suggest it is tried out by others who see this review.

Received order promptly. Order was well packed. In the pictured on the website the tea set appears to have a somewhat plastic-y sheen, I'm happy to say that the set is much higher quality than it appears to be online.

Wonderful tea time foods. I read many historical British novels and often wondered about some of the puddings mentioned. Mine just arrived so I have not had the chance to try them yet. However the customer service was wonderful and the website is lovely.
