It took awhile but it got here and the scones are delicious.
Disliked the Irish British decaf, yet fully enjoy various Iriish breakfast decaf in teabags and the tea in tea houses. Just flat and although I use milk and tea always look light brown, this looked grey. Tried various seeping times w no luck. Also there are NO leaves. Its a grounded powder? Tons of bits in cup even after tiny strainer. Lastly, Return policy states " must be returned in original unopened condition. BUT then states, if not in original condition, an $8.95 fee will be charged. I read that BEFORE buying thinking I could return the $30 packet. Otherwise would have bought small $9 pak. Customer service tells me that $8.95 is for shipping. I said " ok whatever the fee is for I have no problem paying it, but she still insisted no returns of opened items. Regardless I do not recommend this at all. Went to a local tea shop instead.
They have a great variety of teas, supplies and treats! Fast service and delicious teas! I use to be a huge coffee drinker, but find myself reaching for the tea kettle more and more! Highly recommend it!
I recently purchased a large order for my sweet shoppe. Unfortunately half of the order was broken. The packaging was terrible, chocolate bars…crunchies, flakes etc were just thrown in the box and larger heavier items on top. Paid for insurance but was told that due to the picture they are not issuing a refund as it is cosmetic. Hard to tell a chocolate bar is broken by a photo. Very unhappy,this was not the first time but it will be the last.

Just like the Bars in Australia. The slung honey dipped in chocolate are so lite and fluffy with the crunchy surprise in the middle are an amazing mouth experience. Delish!

Site offered free shipping for orders over $50. Yet apparently some fine print excluded clotted cream & lemon curd. Misleading

Did not see the large biscuit assortments you had last year. They were very good, was hoping to reorder.
Please see my review above. I was disappointed as I thought the dark chocolate had aged and the chocolate was turning white or lighter than dark chocolate. And the expiration date was very close. Used or eat by end of February. Not what I expected. I thought it would last longer as the gift tube did. Thank you for listening. JC
