My address doesn't appear on GoogleMaps, resulting in a constant comedy (and sometimes tragedy) of shipping mishaps. This company spotted the inconsistency BEFORE my tea was shipped, contacted me for further details, and adjusted their directions without a single wasted hour. My tea arrived in perfect condition to my actual doorstep before I had even run out of back-up teabags. WELL DONE - I wish this company trained all shipping departments!
