There are so many teas to try, it will take a long time to get through them all. The favorites that I buy in bulk are Double Bergamot Earl Grey and Bourbon St. Vanilla. Both great teas!

I buy a large amount of tea here at least 3 times a year because I drink tea at least once a day year round. These teas are high quality, packed to stay fresh and have wonderful flavors and mixtures. I'm a permanent long term customer of things continue to be so tea-rific :)

I ordered a teapot and cup for one combination. It is ridiculously small and holds at most 4 oz of water. A completely useless item. When I complained I was told the small print gave the size.
Good enough until I read the "terms and conditions" page, and somehow lost cart page; had to re-enter credit card info.
Delivery was in a reasonable timeframe, and prices are certainly reasonable.
I know Taylor's of Harrogate teas, my favourite ones. I just wanted to organise all different ones I've been buying for years in a tea chest. Wasn't impressed with the quantity of wood, looks like mine got black marker right on the top of the cover. See attached picture. Whoever made this tea chest could just switched top of the chest to the bottom, cause rest of the box is good. Now I'm trying to cover this black mark, thinking about engraving…

I like it that you carry items I can't get elsewhere, but the cookies arrived a bit worse for wear. Either they sat in a hot warehouse during some of our beastly summer weather, or they just sat for a long time. I'm hoping my next order will arrive with fresher products.

As always the English Tea Store is a no hassle experience. I have purchased many items in the past and returned recently for a gift for my son and his large family. They all love tea and always have to make two pots at a time. I have a much loved pot that I bought from here years ago from here, so big it had a small second handle for two-hand pour, and I thought this was just the thing they needed. When I received these smaller ones I was disappointed, and called to buy the biggest one and it turns out they are no longer carrying these family teapots. ACH! It was my own fault for not reading the description well enough. By the way I am keeping the smaller ones anyway because they are still beautiful.
Customers love the extra touch of honey for an amazing tea experience.
