Received my tea order the afternoon of the 18th. The box was for the most part undamaged on the outside. However the Barry's tea box had poked a hole in the Scottish breakfast tea bag and tea was everywhere inside of the larger box, what had not leaked out of the bottom of the exterior box. Ended up with only about a pound of Scottish breakfast instead of the 2 pounds I ordered. You might want to address this problem with shipping by wrapping the sharp edges of the box or adding more packing to it.
They take payment from Paypal. It makes it very convenient for ordering.

I've enjoyed my shopping experience so far, though I've made it easy by bookmarking everything I want so whenever I run out of something I typically reorder the tea and six coffee crisps within 10mins. I do enjoy sometimes ordering samples just to try out teas, I did that in the beginning and found around five teas that I added in the rotation, except Sencha, I always need Sencha.
Easy ordering, fast delivery and well packed. I haven't tried the two marmalades but they look amazing with interesting flavors.
