I've ordered multiple times from the English Tea Store and I've never been disappointed. All the teas are as great as advertised. My personal preference is Yorkshire loose leaf tea, but Earl Grey is always a go-to choice too! I like trying different teas too and there's a good assortment of different types and companies.

We vacationed in Ireland this summer and fell in love with Butler's chocolate! I looked all over trying to find it to purchase in the US and everywhere I found it, it was super expensive. The chest is simple and lovely. Ten packs of different teas are included. The teas were just thrown in and mixed up— I sorted them out and it looked like the photo. All were decaf— I think I should have been able to decide which I wanted and whether they were caffeinated. It's a gift— I think the recipient will enjoy it.
They were very quick to ship my order. It was packaged well. Secured with cold packs. I We'll definitely order from them again

I can always find what I need at the English Tea Store, with one exception. Every year I try to get Cadbury Buttons and they are always out of stock. Other than that the site is easy to use and shipping is reasonable and quick. They package the order well, too. Nothing was crushed or broken. It is my go-to store for British yummies.

Have not been able to locate a variety of teas in my locale. Area businesses carry a few teas and herbals,focus more on coffees.internet access pricey here,but worth it to have discvered your shop.
I joined the Tea of the Month Club. Then I didn't receive my October shipment and called about it. I was held on the phone for a long time before I was told to leave a message and they would call me back. They did call and told me to wait until the 17th to call back. I called back on the 23rd. Got the same wait and hold message again. After waiting for over five hours for them to call back, I again called them. Only to find they were closed. They have some wonderful products but I won't be a customer any longer. Their customer service is terrible!
