Items selected were exactly as shown on the website. Packaging was sturdy and firmly held all the china pieces in place. Will definitely do business with this company again. Although I found it difficult to get all of the water out of the teapot after washing it, I do like it as a one-person teapot. The loose tea that I ordered makes a delicious cup of tea. It is light to the taste but still retains the bergamot flavor.
