I been buying teas & supplies from the English Tea store for years! They have the best teas. And it's delivered right to my door in the middle of no where.

I ordered a few packs of cookies, they shipped fast and accurately, product was good; everything as expected. Would definitely shop again.

My order was received very fast and accurate. I hope the heat here will not damage the double cream that I ordered for a baby shower in November.

After our trip to Ireland we became big fans of Ballymaloe tomato relish, was so happy to find it along with other treats we really enjoy while overseas. My first order an item came broken, I emailed the English Tea Store and they promptly replied and sent a new jar. Very pleased with their service!

I received the tea I ordered in a timely manner. They are some of my favorites. However, when I received the package, it looked like a rugby team had been playing with it - totally mashed. The tea boxes were somewhat squished as well, but none of the tea spilled out and the tea bags were not damaged.

I brought the clotted cream to a brunch. No one at the brunch ever tasted clotted cream. Every one took a scone, put strawberry preserves and clotted cream. A real British tasting treat'

I am very thankful I discovered The English Tea Store. I appreciate the quality and selection of the products. It would be awesome if you ever could make the Decaf Irish Breakfast available in Organic like its caffeinated counterpart. Unfortunately, I cannot do caffeine so appreciate all of the decaffeinated black tea options that I can find and organic is harder to find. Also love your Pecan Pie Rooibus. I add coco nibs to the mix and give it a little chocolate twist. Soooo yummy!

I ordered 6 full jars of marmalade. I never received advice that the order was filled, nor shipped, nor delivered. No receipt. No delivery picture and no tracking whatsoever. I called twice and was informed that UpS was responsible for shipping and that English Tea had no further responsibility. Good bye- I have none of these issues with Amazon

I ordered 10 European Made (not American Made) Cadbury Chocolate Bars. They were delicious:-). Thank You.

Two broken jars of mincement had oozed onto some of the other contents in the box. Good thing I took some pics because once they responded to my email, they demanded to see evidence of the damage. Once I sent them the photos, they gave me the choice of a refund or re-sending the product. I received my two replacement jars yesterday and they look fine.

As always with other orders, received and already enjoying great tea.

So many choices! Earl Grey is my favorite but the only brand available here is Twinings which I find a little bland. You have many options and I like that! Thanks. Easy to shop online and nice delivery time. Very satisfied.

Seamless experience with a great website and arrived faster than expected

I had to bring some of one of my tea purchases with me on my work trip. I forgot to get a tea strainer though do I have been drinking lots of leaves. But I just don't care. I think the worst part of drinking it is that I have to use a Starbucks paper cup. Im indignant for my tea over that lol.

I ordered my typoo tea here because it is more readorably priced than World Market, easy to order and I receive it in a timely manner. All in all very pleased with the experience and from now on this is where I will be ordering my tea from.

Excellent quality loose leaf tea. I was struggling to find a supplier who avoided over crushing the tea leaves and causing fine dust dregs to slip through the strainer. English Tea Store has nice full leaves and good flavor. The site was also clear and easy to order from.

I love the product and the price but this experience didn't go so well. The tracking info said it was delivered, but said it was dropped off at 11:50pm, which seemed odd. Then I got mixed messages from cutomer service - that it had been lost, that it had been returned to sender... She said she would expedite it and I'd get tracking info that afternoon, but I didn't. When I called back the next day she said it would take a number of days to arrive. She said what do you want me to do, as if there was nothing she could do. I said I wanted her to expedite it like she said she would and send it overnight. She finally did, but only after an argument. It was an unfortunate experience.
