Overall, I depend on the English Tea Store for my Christmas needs and every year I'm satisfied with their array of merchandise. This year, I ordered a box of Victoria biscuits, and it arrived with the box opened, but the bag and biscuits inside still intact. This is a small infraction I can excuse because The English Tea Store usually gives great, prompt service. And if you've ordered Victoria biscuits or Jacobs biscuits before, you'd know that the Victoria biscuits used to come in a biscuit tin, but over the years they decided to cut down on costs. So it was a risk having it shipped to California. Preferably I would've liked it have been wrapped in bubble wrap just like my jars of marmalade and ginger preserve (which arrived wholly intact, along with the boxes of vegetable suet). I'm still satisfied nonetheless, and I'll still be a loyal customer.

The clotted cream is just tge right size for me, and the Christmas pudding, well, I'm hanging on to that for Christmas!
The service was excellent, the package came quickly, the marmalade delicious, but the lid of one jar had been opened and the jam had leaked out. Had to throw all of it out. This makes my remaining jar too expensive.
