I have shopped the English Tea Store before and have always been satisfied with the merchandise. I received an email coupon for free shipping. I made my purchase and free shipping wasn't applied. I emailed customer service and was surprised by the tone of the response. The email was rude and listed conditions for the coupon that were NOT stated anywhere in the email and the email did not address the question I had asked at all. I will not be shopping here again.
