Don't bother getting a "tea chest" from this store. Quality is poor. In my case, very poor. The tea and other products are very good. And I thought the customer service department was very good. If they did not respond to my problem they way they did, I would not recommend this company. But they came through, so I would recommend the English Tea Store (but not the tea chests).
Good so far. Would like to have seen better pictures showing how the tea bags fit into the chests.
I ordered 4 Gracie violets tea cups and two arrived broken. I emailed customer service 4x. Sent a picture of the damage 2x. After the last time I sent the pictures I haven't heard anything back. I order a lot from The English Tea Store and am very disappointed with the lack of response
