When FedEx delivered a batch of the marmalade, and a few jars were broken, the only ones that stepped up were The English Tea Store. Good communication, prompt delivery and reshipping the jars.

Ordered tea on 12/4/2023 for a Christmas gift. Didn't receive it until after I notified your company on which date (12/19/23). It was finally delivered. This is now to late for me to send out of state unless I pay for priority shipping
