I found the website fairly easy to navigate. The only downside of the experience was that I could not find a plain Brown Betty Teapot. I wanted a Brown Betty but really would have preferred to purchase and undecorated teapot.
The website is easy to use. There were lots of excellent options. One of the teas I purchased is excellent. The other is mediocre at best. That said I will shop in the store again.
Nice selection of teas. This is the only place currently delivering a Sugar Plum Spice tea. The site was easy to use, with reasonable shipping fees. Product was nicely packaged.
They are very fast on mailing and all my orders are correct and they really package them so they come to you safely

Needed to order Rich Tea biscuits due to a surprise shortage in the house - English Tea Store had what we wanted in the quantity we wanted (didn't want to find ourselves running out again any time soon).
Service was quick and easy and packaging was excellent.
Promised on 12th of December. However it arrived on December 18th... which was too late for me to give ot for my gift exchange at work.

They have a large selection of British foods, especially for tea. This is the one place for British foods that I was able to find Clotted Cream.
As previously communicated. The roses were tampered with opened. Although the outer box was sealed well I'm now seeing from this survey request that it should have had a inner packaging that it did not.
