I ordered a lot of tea samples, over $150. They shipped it to the wrong address and the post office returned to sender, this was a Christmas gift. I caught it on the 20th of Dec. The shipping address was correct on the order what they did was shipped it to the wrong zip code. I contacted the company and they refused to re-ship on the 1-day to get the tea here on time (it was an option). I was told If I did not like the fact they would not ship on the 1 day option I could just cancel my order. As it was a gift for my adult son, I took the late shipment. Oh and they cancelled my complimentary gift for ordering so much tea as well.
Easy to shop the online store and I was glad to find my favorite tea again.
This store always has what I'm craving. Especially the custard creams.

Ordering the tea was easy. Delivery had issues as the order was transferred to the local post office who messed up the delivery. After several calls to UPS and the PO I finally received the tea. I am now enjoying it. But due to the delivery process, I am not sure I would reorder it again.
I love the teas from Margaret's Hope. The store has a wide variety of teas from all over the world. I love the variety.
