Until you started pestering me about rating my experience with you, I hadn't a real opinion one way or the other. Now you make me want to reduce the score from average... I don't expect a lot from a web site. It shouldn't be an herculean effort to present a shopping site that requires such monitoring. If you're truly concerned, pay your programmers more and engage in more fruitful life experiences. Sheesh!
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother in law (she loves it by the way). My gripe is that I paid the extra shipping.a charge of $30 to guarantee it would arrive by Christmas Eve. It arrived the 28th. I mean not even close!

The site is fairly easy to navigate. However, since I like to buy my tea in bulk, it is more difficult to find, but I usually manage.
I love the green tea with jasmine flowers, and I love getting it in bulk, so I do not have to shop as often. I have never had a problem getting my tea delivered. Am looking forward to getting my tea in a few days. Thanks!
