Made the perfect Christmas gift to go with a mug I sent to a friend. All the teas were great! Will likely order a few of them in larger quantities.
I was looking for a particular teapot in size, price, and color. I searched all the usual online but couldn't find exactly what I wanted without high international shipping fees. I stumbled upon the English Tea Store and found the perfect teapot plus several teas and foods I can't find in the states. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

I loved every tea I purchased from this shop and plan to buy again! The flavors and quality are amazing, absolutely top-notch. Shipping was pretty fast as well.
The only downside is the outdated e-commerce experience; I had to triple-check before opening my receipt because it looked like a spam email with a PDF attachment from "online store". Now that I know, I will purchase again - but I would suggest that English Tea Stores look into updating their e-commerce platform.
This basket was given to a family member and their significant other as a Christmas gift. They were surprised and delighted to get it.
I called six months ago trying to cancel subscription. I was told I signed up for a year subscription and at the end of the year it will NOT auto renew. Fast forward to the end of a full year subscription and on the thirteenth month sure enough I am still billed for and receiving monthly tea deliveries. Not only did they auto renew my subscription I cannot get them to stop.
