Great selection and prices, quick fulfillment. ETS split my order due to one item being backordered, which worked well as I received two items right away and the remaining one became available a week after and was promptly shipped.
This company is great, easy to order and items come in a timely fashion. I have not been disappointed in anything that I have ordered so far.

But, when I asked the person on the chat if these plates were Stechcol Gracie Bone China, twice he told me they were not, and that is what I was looking for because I was trying to match them to some mugs I had. I went with my gut instinct and ordered them anyways, and they are Stechcol Gracie Bone China. Your customer service needs improvement not only in how they answer, but in their knowledge of the products. Would most likely not order from this company again because of this.
