Very expensive for what I received. Two small boxes of an inferior shortbread (although, to be fair, I didn't know that at the time)--four cookies in each box!...for a total of $35+? Never again.
I ordered the Earl Grey Cream tea and English Breakfast no. 2 tea, and they both arrived quickly. It's excellent tea! The teapot that I ordered was packaged safely. Thank you!

From tea pots to loose teas Im so happy to have found the English Tea Store. Went on a trip to England/Scotland and became hooked on their many different black teas. So pleased to find so many varieties in one place. I received a teapot with a defect. I emailed a picture and immediately was a notified a replacement was on the way. I will be a frequent flyer here.

I do wish you had hard candies in tins and a larger variety of chocolates, but I was able to find a few things on your site not easily located elsewhere so that is great!
Yea is good and is what I wanted. I just don't get the shipping. The free shipping option said 6 days, they shipped one of my items on the 6 days to "technically" ship it in 6 days, the rest arrived a week later. I don't mind the later shipping but that personally felt a bit deceptive. I would, however, order again from them.

I broke my 65 year old teapot. I needed a simple microwaveable teapot for daily use. I bought the 2 cup first. It was not large enough. I purchased the 6 cup next. The 6 cup holds about 2 cups of tea for me. My cups are large. I recommend the 6 cup. The 2 cup was running over in the microwave.I liked the website.

This year I decided to treat children in my life to treats not available locally and have them give me feedback on what they thought of the different candies and confections. All were a hit. The chocolate seemed to be everyone's favorites.
