My order was shipped very quickly. I had a question on the authenticity of the chocolate and English Tea Store responded quickly and told me what I wanted to hear. I am not a big fan of Hersheys chocolate—it is too sweet. I have missed genuine Cadbury.
My favorite tea was Buttermint tea but I could not find it anywhere. Then I learned it was discontinued...but it is available as Peppermint Vanilla. So I ordered for my self and family. It's the same Buttermint flavor and all's well with my world.
For anyone who misses the U.K., or anyone who may just be an anglophile - you provide a touch of the British Isles. Love the variety of teas, and the other bits and pieces to remind one of the U.K..

I just discovered the English Tea Store recently, and have been really enjoying browsing as well as purchasing mix-and-match items for my patchworked tea service. Finding the site has definitely upped the game for my evening tea - makes it more enjoyable, and also prettied up my buffet.
I live in the United States and I am obsessed with Cadbury chocolate. I heard that the Cadbury Chocolate from the UK is so much better. I ordered Mini Eggs, Dairy Milk bar and caramel bar, then bought the US versions, and during a work meeting we compared. UK knocked it out of park! English Tea Store was easy to order from, great prices and the delivery was so fast I was extremely surprised.

The product is fine. I especially like the sample-sized packets so I'm not stuck with a large bag of tea I don't care for. There are so many choices: bagged/loose, black/green/herbal, caffeine/non-caffeine, little samples and larger bags. The only 'con' I have, so far, is that shipping is expensive and takes forever. You could be waiting two weeks for your delivery.
