But satisfied with the product. The product is more like a "second" as it has imperfections in the steel. For the defect I would have expected a lower price. The shipping was a couple dollars more than it should have been but I think usps is gouging all of us on small light boxes these days. Overall my rating is 2.5 but I rounded up.

I've ordered 3 times from here. The first time was terrific. The digestives were packaged in a box inside another box. The second time the digestives weren't packaged the same way and a number of them were all smashed up (crumbs). The third time sadly was the same as the second, crumbs. Very disappointed.

I would prefer to have Apple pay option and the coupon input was easily missed at checkout. The pot is adorable and has great color.

The organic tea I received is excellent. The only issue was that it took them about a week to ship it and then the awful UPS shipping service took another two weeks. Worse yet, UPS kept sending me notices saying my tea would be arriving, and day after day it did not. The site would update saying the next day. But eventually it arrived, and it's awesome.
I was glad to find my favorite tea and it was easy to purchase it here.
