Low inventory is a bit frustrating. I couldn't order the desired amount. In the recent past several items wanted were not available.
So much tea, so little time! The loose leaf selection is fabulous.
This is not about the tea - it's good quality, as always. The problem is, my most recent order included two tins of tea and two boxes of tea bags, which were intended to be gifts. The order also included a few bags of bulk tea. The problem is, the bulk tea was packed on top of the tins and boxes, with the remaining volume of the box filled by packing material. Predictably, the tins arrived looking shopworn, with paint worn off the edges and corners, and the boxes were crushed, with one suffering a tear in the cardboard. All of this could have been avoided if the tins and boxes had been protected with some packing material, or possibly if they had simply been placed on top of the bulk tea instead of underneath it. It defeats the purpose of buying specialty gifts online when they arrive looking like distressed merchandise from the markdown rack. That's very disappointing.
Generally good value for money. I will order again. Crockery better than foodstuffs
There was no Gift card or explanation of box included so my friend had no idea who sent the teas.

We love our Cobalt Betty 8-cup teapot. We had a large capacity teapot that needed replacing, and after purchasing a sub par teapot on amazon, I found English Tea Store and purchased the Cobalt Betty 8-cup teapot. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. We love our new teapot. It is large capacity, and good quality and pours well. 10 out of 10.

Nicely weighted, good color, nothing complicated. Order and delivery went fine.
It took 12 days to get the tea, because of USPS. The customer service rep was helpful and responsive.
I especially appreciated the cold pack to keep the chocolate from melting.
