I just placed my second order. I love that I can purchase samples to try new teas at a reasonable rate.
I found several tea varieties that only offer 4 and 16 oz options, but when I search for the name and use the word sample, I then see that it's an option.
I would like to see the sample size offered as an option with the 4 and 16 oz. It appears sneaky to have to sneak out the sample size

The product arrived fast and taste great. Unfortunately for this order, all the chocolate melted and the custard powder literally exploded, leaving everything coated in custard.
I did get a speedy refund so I am happy to continue being a customer, certainly the custard powder needs to be put in a plastic bag and these boxes need to be kept in a cool place until shipping.
What I wanted got here when they said it would. I appreciated that they sent it in a cardboard box; another vendor had used a plastic envelope and the package got crushed. Good work!

My teapot arrived double boxed to prevent damage.The outer container showed that it had been crushed in sorting, however, when I opened it had nary a smudge on it! Quality manufacture. I, however, chose the wrong color. Sea Foam does not match or compliment my Autumn Mist kitchen. Therefore, I'm still on a quest to buy another proper tea pot.

My fault for buying during a heat wave. However the parcel had minimal insulation and UPS did nothing but emphasize the heat. The parcel was undamaged but the contents were severly shaken to cause the broken biscuits. Mixing jams and biscuits in the same package was probably my mistake and the packaging did nothing to improve the situation.
