I like black tea, but cannot have caffeine, so many years ago I started using Taylor's of Harrogate decaffeinated teabags. I found them to have the best taste. Since they are not always available in regular grocery stores, I order them online and the service has been great.
Found what I They claim to have sent it USPS but when I explained that I did not get package after one whole month in spite of what the tracker incorrectly says, I was told to file a claim with the post office! I explained that as the customer I paid them for a product and it is their responsibility to make sure the customer gets exactly what they paid for. It's not my job to chase down a shipment they hired a third party to do on their behalf, it's their sole responsibility to their customers. If anyone should file a claim it should be the business who paid them to perform a service which they obviously didnt do. Worst customer service experience I've ever had! Why do I have to explain the basic principles of doing business to this vendor. I asked for a refund but twice was told to file a claim which I'm not going to do. That's their job. I cannot recommend buying from this vendor based on my interactions with them.

Found what I needed; even grabbed a pouch of bags for my Aunt who does not like to "fool around" with loose leaf tea
There's no way to search for herbal teas that don't contain hibiscus and/or rose hips because the majority of them do. Have to click on each one and read the ingredients.
Lots of variety at English Tea Store but not all teas list ingredients. Lots of shoppers don't like hibiscus and rose hips that are in so many herbal teas. A search by flavor notes would be nice.
