Very rare! Hard to find! But, the English Tea Store had it! I've been using these borosilicate teacups with steeper inert and lid for years. However, on occasion I'm clumsy and break one. Using a set of two enables me to drink from one while the other steeps. For years I hunted for replacements with no avail, but have now found a new supplier with the English Tea Store!

As always, I received my order on time and in great condition. It was exactly as described. Only 1 time I received a damaged item, I called, and the problem was rectified immediately. It was NOT how it was packaged...it was the shipper's fault. Even though it wasn't the English Tea Store's fault, they replaced the damaged item AT NO CHARGE to me.
I bought an Irish tea mug & a Scottish tea mug along with Gingerbread tea and a teaspoon for Christmas gifts for my sister. I'm sure that she will love them as much as the tea pot and cream & sugar bowl. The quality is excellent. Lots of products to choose from. The delivery is always on time and well packaged!

I have already reported to your Customer service department that the box this was delivered in was soaked with perfume that as so strong I could not open it for s day - it still wouldn't dissipate and I had to open the box which was saturated on the inside but I was able to salvage the contents and empty them into glass jars in my kitchen. Then I had to dispose of the box and the containers in the trash in sealed trash bags so that it would not permeate my backyard. I still had to scrub my hands repeatedly to get rid of the smell that had penetrated my skin. So I did some research and it turned out that perfume like this is full of carcinegens. You should not permit your workers to work around so-called organic teas with toxic chemicals. It has affected my ability to type this letter.

My biggest item has been Brown Betty's. Now i can not serve a tea without using "her' Even gave one as a gift and they were over the moon. Tea in a Betty is like no other.
