This is the second time I have ordered from this store. I cannot lie, Amazon has spoiled me with their super quick shipping of items however, I had a very hard time finding this item and at a good price. Thank goodness English Tea Store offers this brand and at a good price. Shipping was average. But the best part, they followed up to make sure I got the tea. Most businesses just sell the item with never a follow up. I'm impressed and will continue to do business with this fine establishment!
It was smooth as butter, no issues whatsoever! My candies not only arrived in a timely manner, they also came unbroken.
Ordering was no problem…it was fine. But giving thus review is annoying.

I missed the small print about the need to pay/spend more for expedited shipping. Odd that a cream product wasn't already expedited! Arrived in 80F heat with the "cool packs" totally spent.

It took three days longer than originally scheduled for my package to arrived. Every time I called customer service, I was told it would be here "tomorrow". No explanation for why they couldn't get the delivery time correct.

They have several tea and other products to choose from at reasonable costs.This was a nice find for me online as my local stores seem to have escalated their prices.
The package was so warm inside that the clotted crem was ruined and had turned to liquid and I had to throw it ou.
