The last time I tried to order you had raspberry and no strawberry so I ordered nothing. Today you have strawberry and no raspberry but I'm ordering anyway. It would be nice to be able to go online and find consistency with your products.
Great selection and easy to complete the order. Items arrived quickly and safely, ready to go into client gift baskets. Perfection!
My order finally arrived after over a week. For edible items, that is ridiculous. I received a puddle of melted chocolate and I am very upset.
For the fact that my order was for chocolate and this is the summer, I would think that better insulting packaging would have been used. Or at the very least, the items should have be delivered quickly but nope.
To make it worse, they selected the slowest and worst shipping method possible "UPS mail innovations".

The initial process was confusing, I received an invoice that said unpaid in my email but I know I paid, I called customer service, they said I had paid so ignore that. I was confused. My package did arrive and I was charged on my acct.

I love black tea, I live to try new flavors. I prefer small batch, hand crafted, loose leaf. I was so excited to try the flavors I ordered. I didn't receive shipping confirmation for about a week after ordering. It was about 2 weeks until I received my order...starting out badly already. I opened some of the flavors to smell them and noticed that the scent was very light for black tea, even more faint than some of the mass produced tea bags I've had. After trying 3 of the flavors I ordered I feel like I may have received old stock. All flavors are very faint, I can barely tell the difference between them. I really wanted to love these and be impressed. I'm sad that I'm not.
